Actually, we do. There's a full 7.5.3 install set on ftp.info.apple.com.
Historically, Apple has done this for many years, starting, IIRC, with
System 6, which became freely downloadable a few years ago. 7.1 was
available back around the 8 release, and 7.5.5 about the time frame of the
8.5 release, IIRC. Of course, I could be wrong about the time frame.
That's just about the time when I noticed them up there. ;-)

Look on ftp.info.apple.com in:

/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/English-North_American/Macintosh/
System/Older_System/System_7.5_Version_7.5.3

and download all the little binhex files. I don't remember how to
assemble them, but the Info file probably tells. Then get a 7.5.5 update
from one directory up.
