Sounds correct to me.

You select the main linux partition and then hit Edit. The first thing -I think- says Mount Point or something like that (it's the only place where you can type something in.) In that box type in ' / ' no guotes or spaces. Then just hit OK or whatever it says and then Done.

Hope it helps,

Hi

I've got the cd-image off the net and have been following advice given in
response to my previous question. All is going well but I'm not sure what to
do now. I'm following through the installer and have got to disk setup.
Note, I've already partitioned my hard disk and made a unix root slice 0
partition to install mklinux on. So following through the choices I select
fdisk cause disk druid doesn't work, then it says "partition disks" "to
install mklinux, you must have at least one partition of 150MB dedicated to
linux" with two hard disks to choose from and options 'done' 'edit' and
'back' I choose the hard disk with my linux partition on and select done.
(the other disk has my Mac OS startup stuff) the it lists the partitions on
all my disks saying "current disk partitions" with 'edit' 'delete' 'ok' and
'back' I choose the partition hit ok and it says "no root partition" "you
must assign a root (/) partition to a Linux native partition (ext2) for the
installation to proceed.

How do I do this?

Thanks
Mark
