Status is the same as for any open source project -- progressing whenever
someone has free time. I have a re-rev of pre-R1 that I'm about ready to
push out, but then, it has been sitting in a box for a couple of months.
I'm still unpacking stuff after the move, so I just found the CDs
yesterday!

Mmmm. I think we're gonna have to call this pre-R1a or something, 'cause
even this new stuff has some stale pieces that have to be updated before
R1 can go final. (The danger of not gettign to work on it for a while.)
