installing on a 8200

Hello,

I am trying to install preR2rc2 on an 8200/120 I got. This should be quite a
bit baster than the 6100. The cd boots, I partition disks... but the
installer waits for ever at the "Scanning packages...", the kernel is not
frozen, I can switch between consoles and I see no particular errors.

I think I try debian... :-(

Scott, any ideas?
