On pre-X systems, do interrupt-level routines (e.g., File Manager
completion routines) ever run in preemptive tasks?

In other words, if I ask for MPCurrentTaskID() in an interrupt-level
routine, will I *always* receive the MPTaskID of the cooperative task?
