| Our school board has decided to go paperless for the school board meetings, so we purchased iPads for the members. A couple of the board members chose to purchase their own devices, since they would use it for other purposes. Now we have one of the iPads that is not able to access wireless signals. He has attempted this both at school and on his home network, but it simply says searching for signal and is unable to find any. When his iPhone is laying right beside the iPad it has no trouble finding and connecting to a signal. He also indicated that he has the most recent OS installed on the device. Does this issue sound like it is a software problem, or a setting that is wrong or could it be a hardware issue? The iPad is still under warranty for another 30 days or so if it needs repairs, so we would like to address this problem promptly. Lastly, if we need to get it to a certified Apple dealer, is there one in Fargo or Grand Forks? Thank you in advance, Greg Pollestad Drayton School |
