Hey all :)

OK, so I was playing around and I found some interesting things (see
previous flood of emails to list). I've put up a beta version of this
code, which should include all of Eric's previous changes plus NSp
advertising!

Now, I have no real way of knowing if this works, but it should at least
be a good start for someone who knows what advertising is supposed to do
:) See NSpGame_EnableAdvertising for the code. All I did was replace the
C++ id calls with a C call (see below), maybe whomever wrote the code to
start with will chime in.

Also in this version is another major(?) change; I added the function
ProtocolConfigGetType to take the place of a bunch of code to get the
config string and parse it for the config type. This is stored in the
reference anyway, so now we have a quick call instead of lots of calls
and slow string manipulation. I've tested it somewhat and games (in both
OP and NSp test apps) still work for me, at least in the carbon builds.
