Another set of functions that were not in the export file. Corrected in
cvs now.

This is correct, as those are all OpenTransport (ie, the OT in the name)
functions which only exists on the CFM builds. All other builds have the
same functions, without the OT. (I think, some may be OT only, it's been
a while since I worked on that code :)
