release/renew IP address programmatically

Hello,

I used to use "Network Setup" to release/ renew IP address(via DHCP)
programmatically on macos9. But now on macosx since "network setup" is
no more, I am not able to do that.

Is there another way to do that? I want to run as a macosx application.
