For that, you'll have to wait until it no longer supports the G3 nor the G4 :) It seems to be fixed in the G5 (the 970 at least, don't have a 970FX system to test), and I understood from the message I forwarded it only first appeared on the G3. I can reproduce it on my iBook/G4 1GHz.
