It's a known bug that will be fixed in the next release of CHUD.

app Shark finishes the sampling, analyses the samples as usual and
then ... nothing. No session window, nothing added to the list.

window opens up and such. This is on a dual 2.7 GHz G5 running
10.4.8. I first noticed this behaviour after installing Xcode
2.4.1, and I removed CHUD and reinstalled it from the 4.4.3-5
download to see if that helped, but it didn't. Does anyone know
what gives ?
