Terminate

Hi people,

I'm writing a summary of the "Extending Printing Dialogs" book to get a
better understanding for other users building PDE's in our company.

Question about Terminate function:
- according to the book it only runs when the dialog is dismissed or the
users swtiches the printer.

- It doesn't run when you click "Print" if I'm correct?

- Why isn't it run when you click "Print", you should cleanup the context of
your PDE if I'm correct?

This doesn't happen when Terminate isn't run.

I tried it on my own system, and the Terminate isn't run when you click
"Print".

Any guesses on this one?
