Duplex binding direction

Hi, all.

I am developing PPD files for my PS printers.
I found PS drivers on OS 9 & X showed different behaviors
about duplex binding direction.

When I print a landscape document specifying duplex-no-tumble
(left-side button of binding setting), it is bound along
the left edge and not tumbled on OS 9.
On OS X, however, it is bound along the top edge and tumbled.
Printing the same document specifying duplex-tumble(right-side
button of binding setting), it is bound along the top edge on OS 9,
and along the left edge on OS X.

It seems that the left-side button of binding setting means
duplex-no-tumble on OS 9 and long-edge-binding on OS X,
although they share the same image of button.

Is this a bug or a new specification?
My customer complains about this inconsistency.
