use Bevel Button with PDE

I am developing PDE referring to OutputBinsPDE.
I added Bevel Button to this PDE by using Interface Builder.
PICT ID=128 was set to Content of Bevel Button and the
PICT resource was added.
After that, the following codes were added to Initialize()
of OutputBins.cp.

EmbedAndShowControl(myContext->bevelCtl,parentUserPane);

However, Bevel Button becomes gray and PICT is not displayed.
Is a special code necessary?
