Zhenghua,

The document you mention and the sample code are very old and they do
not apply to writing printer drivers for Mac OS X. Instead I suggest
you go to http://developer.apple.com/printing/ and read the current
printing documentation. It's all in PDF format so you can read
everything on your windows system. Of course you will want to get a
Mac as soon as possible to start your development.
