Some Tioga Driver Questions

1) Is there some way to get an archive of the old Tioga Printing List (where I'd imagine more Tioga discussion took place, and would prevent me from asking questions that I could find answers for myself)?

2) I've found reference to problems with CreatePrintingDialogExtensionPaths() causing an error when adding a printer. If I have no PDEs, what am I supposed to do? I tried setting the pointer to the CFArrayRef to NULL, but the only thing that seems to work is creating an CFArray and adding a bogus CFString.

3) How do you debug a printing plug-in (PM or PDE)?
