CUPS Based print accountiing system...

Hello,
I'm looking for assistance and/or information with any CUPS based
print accounting system, "home-grown" or officially supported.

We at this time are looking for a solution for our entire campus that
can control the printing in both our Mac and Windows labs.

We are using Hi-Resolution's MacAdministrator.
It 's worked great for us now and in the past, controlling printing in
our computer labs.
However, it only can control the printing on the Macs. Hi-Resolution at
this time doesn't offer any solution for Windows based systems.

We are aware of using Print Queue Management or Print Services with OS X
Server (Jaguar or Panther).
However it cannot do the print debit (A user has $100.00 dollars to
start and eventually has $0.00 dollars) that MacAdministrator can do.

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
