Interface of Print List Window of Panther

Dear all:

I have a problem about the Print List Window.

In Panther, if we run the Printer Setup Utility, the Print List Window will
show. In the tool bar of the Print List Window, there are some buttons such
as ColorSync, Utility.
My problem is whether there is interface of adding customizing button for
our printers here or not. User can click the button open a dialog in which
user can do some choice.
Is this function possible to implement?

Any recommendation is welcome.
