programmatically adding custom paper sizes

Hi,

The problem I have is similar to that of email@hidden: " Question
about modifying print page size".
I want to programmatically add a custom paper to the list of custom papers
in a Print Dialog Extension. After that the newly added custom paper must be
selected to format the pages of the document.
Is that somehow possible?

Another way to tackle this would be to have a Page Setup Dialog Extension. I
saw that MS Word provides a Page Setup extension but I can not find the way
to create one myself in the documentation. In the Page Setup in MS Word an
extra item is present: Microsoft Word. When selecting that one a custom page
size pane opens.
It this only possible from an application or can this also be arranged from
a printer driver plugin?

Regards,

Hans Loonen
