When i create any printer queue with any particular PPD it shows all the options in the printer features dialog. If i modify the same PPD(Modifying or removing some options from the same PPD) it does not reflect in the UI unless i modify that printer queue. I understand that the printer setup utility does not read the PPD from /Library/Printers/PPD each time it is launched. I would like to know where does the printing system keeps the reference of the previously selected PPD.
Can i get the physical reference of the PPD earlier selected ?
