If you mean that you want to completely replace the Copies & Pages PDE
in the print dialog with your PDE that is possible to do. However, it
sounds from your posting that you want to have your driver's custom
PDE to appear as the initially visible PDE in the print dialog. There
is no way to do this in any version of Mac OS X to date.
