Cannot load libcups or libcups version too old then 1.2

hi,

      My Printet driver have some wrong like this:

     pstohybrid is my filter , complied with xcode 3.1.1, project : Command Line Utility -> CoreFoundation Tool , Delete CoreFoundation Frameworks,
 
     Add Carbon.framework and ApplicationServices.framework.

    My mac os is updated to 10.5.6.
 
   What's wrong with it?
