Sound TC in XML?

Hi folk,

An interesting situation has arisen.  The situation:

FCP project has media that came from Telecine.  Telecine applied their own TC to the video (Source TC) and synchronized with the audio from some broadcast WAV files (just two tracks of a multitrack) and provided that as a single media file source.  In the FCP project the Sound TC is visible in the Film tab of Item properties, and also visible in the Viewer by Control clicking on the top right TC window.  We have screen snaps from the project that clearly show that information in the original project.

However, in the XML that has been sent to us there is no Sound TC present in either location. Is that SoundTC not exported by design, is it a bug or is it something else?
