Apple's said that the precompiled headers mechanism has changed with 3.3, so what's probably needed is just the equivalent of the old `sudo fixPrecomps -force -all` fix. Unfortunately, Apple seems not to be willing to tell anyone what the new equivalent is. (Has anyone actually *tried* fixPrecomps since installing the update?)
