Xcode and CVS

A couple minor questions about Xcode:

1. Will Xcode include the latest version of CVS? Or is keeping that up to date left up to individual users?

2. Will the CVS integration be more robust and quicker? I still have to use SSH PassKey in order to get PB to talk with my CVS Server because native PB CVS integration doesn't work when using public/private key pairs with null pass phrases [bug 3244906]. And it tends to conk out on me at least once a day requiring a quit/restart of PB. Also, the time it takes, even over a fast connection, to update the CVS status of a file is often slow. I'm never entirely sure if the CVS interaction has simply quit, or if PB is just taking extra long. I can't blame this entirely on PB because it might be SSH PassKey. I don't know. I really just wanna hear the Apple folks say, "CVS in Xcode kicks ass!"
