The fact that Project Builder has an AppleScript dictionary is fallout from AppleScript Studio support. Project Builder 2.1 is not scriptable.

That PB isn't scriptable, perhaps? (At least, not beyond the bare Cocoa-supplied stuff common to all Cocoa apps.) While PB does indeed have an AppleScript dictionary (I discovered to my great surprise), it isn't actually set up to be controlled by AppleScript. (At least, I've never heard of a successful attempt, and I've never seen a PB team member say that it works.)
