Re: shared precompiled header files

Following up on my original request for info,

I found mention of

--dump-pch directory

and

--load-pch directory

In the gcc 3 release notes. The separate instructions for how to set this up using the command line and via a target in PB don't seem intended to lead me to the same results, and I keep whacking against the error message "Unrecognizable format in pre-compiled header: "../../../Builds/cc1_ppc.pfe".

I've tried using --no-cpp-precomp to force using the pfe format and so far get the same error message no matter what. I guess I'm looking for the right combination of gcc and PB parms to get this to fly...
