Controlling ResMerge

When I add a file called "test.rsrc" to my project, PB assumes it's in resource format, and only tries to put the output resources into a data-fork resource file ( i.e. it uses only -dstls DF as a paramater to ResMerger).

However, the source file is a data-fork resource file. How can I tell Project builder that so it will pass -srcls DF to ResMerger?
