They *do* tell you when the CDs are being mailed, and what of significance in on them, every month, in the "ADC Mailing Update". As those show up around the end of the month, I expect the July notice will appear sometime in the next few days.

As to downloaded software, the "ADC Seed Update" tells you what's new in the download section, and is sent out roughly once a week (although I notice I don't seem to have gotten one since early May).
