XCode questions...

So I pretty much have my app converted to native XCode projects, and am starting to get comfortable in it, but have hit a few stumbling blocks:

1) Is it possible to add a preprocess perl script to any given target or project? I know I can add one to the scripts menu, but I'd like this to happen automatically as some sort of pre-build phase.

2) It seems that the debugger can use #line pragmas to load alternate source, but build warnings & errors fail to follow reference the correct files.

Other than these two issues, I think I'm going to like the new system. It's pretty cool to be able to use our XServe and other local machines to build.
