authoritative for pre-10.5 versions of the OS?
It is.
Also, I notice that it has info about the JIS keyboard. Are there
any references to virtual keycodes for other international
keyboards, specifically Chinese?
There aren't any references that I'm aware of. However, I'm also not a
Chinese speaker or user of Chinese keyboards.
