Since CFNumber and NSNumber are toll free bridged, I suppose I can add that mechanism myself with a category, but I was curious to know if such a category already exists somewhere in the headers other than in the NSValue.h file and I'm just missing it.

I don't see it anywhere, so if you could please file a bug about it we'd love to see it.
