I'm experimenting with the QTKit capture API, and it seems to work OK,
but I can't figure out how to record video with CIFilter-style video
effects.

I'm doing something very similar to Apple's QTRecorder demo, found at
<http://developer.apple.com/samplecode/QTRecorder/listing3.html>,
which is also very similar to what's described in the QTKit capture
programming guide.

That demo shows video effects in the preview window via
QTCaptureView's delegate method -view:willDisplayImage:, but the
recorded video doesn't have the effect applied.  How can I record the
video with the same effects shown in the video preview?
