Nima,

I don't know how you'd get a CGPath from a JPEG image; since JPEG images don't have alpha channels, they're all rectangular. On second thought, I guess I DO know how you'd get the path: just create a rectangular CGPath.

For a PNG, I'm afraid you're going to have to do some interesting image processing and curve fitting.
