Should DrawThemeTextBox respect the CGContextRef's clip when a
context is passed into it? It's not. I was able to get it to clip by
clipping the QD port with ClipRect. It just seems a little odd that
if a context is passed in it doesn't respect the context's clip, but
still uses other attributes of the context like color, etc.
