I have a Carbon app that prints by calling Quartz within a QDBeginCGContext / QDEndCGContext state. Normally this works fine, but every once in a blue moon I get a report that a user in the field can't print to one Canon printer or another. Apparently the print center starts but soon a "Job Stopped" message appears. Since I can't reproduce this myself I need to try to get more information from the user about what is causing the job to stop prematurely. Is there some kind of CUPS log I can get from users or a sequence I can instruct them to enable to generate a log when an error occurs?
