For the other Quartz Composer visuals and installation people....
I've managed to get the TripleHead2Go matrox splitter working fine on
a macbook pro
and Quartz Composer can still render at a decent framerate across all
three monitors at
2400x600. This is even using quite a complicated patch rendering
multiple layers
of text and audio reactive graphics and playing back HD video cropped to
1440x600.
