Re: networked patches

Quartz Composer is an operating system level technology which leverages many other technologies such as CoreImage, CoreVideo, CoreMidi etc. It uses a modern architecture to leverage the GPU and uses a pull based execution model to compute only what is necessary.

For networking your patches you will need to create an application which handles your networking and uses Quartz Composer to render the results by passing your networked data into published ports of your compositions.
