The 6600 is a pretty weak graphics card. Upgrade to a 7800 or better.
Also you will need at least a single fast SATA dedicated disk to play 3 DV layers
(seperate from the system disk).
I am using a macbook pro with an external e-sata disk and a triplehead2go. I can get good
performance however I am using quicktimes rendered at the three screen aspect ratio 4:1
and only play two layers at once.
