Just discovered something very interesting...

look at this composition...

http://www.quartzcompositions.com/phpBB2/upload/details.php?file=139

attempt to run this directly inside safari and you get an error message 
"the downloaded composition is unsafe and cannot be run inside webkit..."

but if you download it and then run it in quartz composer it works fine.

I assume this is because the composition contains javascript.

So Apple has already started to implement different sandboxing of quartz composer 
depending on where it is run....

I have no idea when this was introduced or what the criteria is for this error message but I 
am hopeful this principle can be extended to bring back the ability to load compositions 
inside compositions in some circumstances.
