There's no audio patch made by apple, but you can get an audio patch from here: http://www.qcplugins.com/ . Just run the installer and it'll be in in your patch library with the name "Play Sound" I think. Just sync it to the video patch by setting both patches to use an external timebase, and hooking up either a stopwatch or a patch time to them both.
