Why would you want that? It does not make a lot of difference for
an advance user to edit a .qtz directly or find inside the .saver
bundle (it's just a few more clicks in the Finder).
For an advanced user, it doesn't. But for the regular user it's
easier to be recognized as a screen saver. In case XCode is installed
on the machine, the composer gets opened after double clicking it.
After clicking on a .saver-file the control panel gets opened. This
makes more sense, I think.
It's a difference like between RTF and PDF for example. Everybody
knows, that a PDF is read only (even though thats easy to change).
For some solutions thats just besser.
One another question:
Is it possilble to order the open parameters of a screen saver
(The settings, which can get adjustet by the user)?
I think the order is the order in which the inputs were published.
OK, than I will have to plan my Input-Creation better. ;-)
