Locating Quartz Composer!

Ok,

The earliest documentation I could find, says that I should have the program here with Tiger:

/Developer/Applications/Graphics Tools/

I purchased Tiger upgrade for my G5 and installed. Great! but, No Quartz Composer. No problem, I found the Install packages for the Developer Tools. Great, I now have a Developer Tools folder. But, No Graphics Tools folder? In fact no Quartz Composer to be found?

Am I trying too hard? Have I overlooked some small file? Or is this a sign that you guys don't need another Quartz Composer developer.

Actually, This has just made me want to see what Quartz Composer is all about even more!
