Re: textured spheres don't like to be a screen saver



The very strange thing is that, without the Clear patch, artefact would appear as well within rendered parts of the composition. In the following example, I indeed fill the full screen with a sphere ... and the artefact are so strong that they are almost good looking :

(If you look at this screen shoot, remember that within QC, the composition looks like if we were in a QTVR scene, as expected)

Shouldn't it therefor be applied by default to all and any composition ?

no because, in some cases, you don't want the clear operation.
