Could somebody please explain to me what the "interpolation
patch" settings mean and do? I'm using one to control the
playback speed of a quicktime video in a screensaver.
Interpolation interpolates between a start numerical value to an end
numerical value over a period of time. This interpolation is done
using a curve (linear, quadratic, cubic...) which you can visualize
in the Settings pane of the Inspector. The curve kind of controls the
speed of change.
