to keep filling out requests and bugs if they are doing some good or
being kept track of somewhere.....

That is the expected behavior. Unfortunately, the bug reporting system is a bit of a black hole from outside of Apple.


Rest assured that every bug is reviewed, prioritized, and incorporated into our development plans. Given the policy of strict secrecy that Apple follows, there simply isn't any way for us to open up the bug database. If more information is needed, you will typically receive an email from the DTS with a detailed request.

To everyone who files bugs -- THANK YOU!

Finally, even if it appears to be an obvious bug or feature request, go ahead and file it with as much detail as possible. Duplicates are still useful in that they give us an idea of how many people are experiencing the problem. Likewise, the details you provide may yield the key we need to finding and fixing the problem.
