Just a thought, but QC seems like it could potentially be a great platform for the creation of iTunes visualizers. The stock visualizer is fairly long in the tooth... does anyone know how plausible is it that Quartz Composer could be used for this?

File a feature request: bugreporter.apple.com

I was under the impression that iTunes already used QC for this? It sure *looks and acts* like QC!

No, the visualizer in iTunes predates QC by a few years.

On the slightly more general topic of applying QC to other things, it would be nice to be able to convert a QC rendition into Flash or some such format (not a .mov) for general Web page use.

Flash can't handle it.
