Re: Video Input to QuickTime movie



You should see a QuickTime movie window with a gray background and a colored
rectangle.


+ Click the Play button.

The rectangle changes to live input from the camera.

that's normal behavior, you have a composition that just displays live video input... why do you expect a colored rectangle instead of the video input?


I also opened a new composition from a template, added a Sprite, and a Video
Input Generator, which I connected to the Sprite. After confirming video
input, I then exported the composition to a QuickTime Movie. Again, the
sprite displayed live camera input while QuickTime Player plays the movie.
The remaining components of the composition show in the QuickTime movie as
they do in Quartz Composer.
