yes, i saw that on the web site.

but what is still unclear , as stated in my email, is whether a pci card will bring my no AGP - g4 up to a Quartz Extreme capable configuration.
the GeForce2 MX comes as pci and AGP.

That's right, the definition is not clear: AGP _is_ required.

more specifically, what feature / features of a graphics card are required to make a machine compatible

AGP Video card w/ 16Mb VRAM except ATI Rage 128
