[Apologies if you have seen this before -- I thought I sent it, but I
didn't see it go through, nor any responses. Trying again.]
I have a simple composition in which I am trying to blur some text,
and then apply a posterization on the blur to make a "bubble" around
the text, to get an effect sort of like the logo to Skype, <http://
www.skype.com/>.
I'm applying a gaussian blur to the text, then color posterize -- but
it seems to have no effect.
Any ideas?
